Hassan Allam Holding and Modon Holding PSC, a UAE-based developer, have signed a MoU to collaborate on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Egypt, particularly in Ras El-Hekma.

The collaboration will prioritize infrastructure, energy, water, and wastewater treatment, with a focus on creating efficient, resilient, and sustainable utilities and telecommunications systems. These projects are intended to support urban and economic growth in Ras El-Hekma and its surrounding communities, contributing to Egypt's development objectives.
