'Al Fostan Al Abyad' Set for Theatrical Release in November
Directed and written by Jaylan Auf, the film stars Yasmin Raeis, Ahmed Khaled Saleh and Asmaa Galal.
Following its premiere at the seventh edition of El Gouna Film Festival, ‘Al Fostan Al Abyad’ (‘The Inevitable Journey to Find a Wedding Dress’) has announced its official release date for Egyptian cinemas on November 20th.
Directed and written by Jaylan Auf, the film stars Yasmin Raeis, Ahmed Khaled Saleh and Asmaa Galal, amongst other stars. The film tells the story of Warda, a bride who loses her wedding dress just one night before her big day. In search of a replacement, Warda embarks on a journey through Cairo with her best friend. This adventure evolves into a deeper exploration of self-discovery and a reevaluation of her relationship with the city she calls home.
