World’s Narrowest Skyscraper to Be Built in Dubai
The Muraba Veil is a super-narrow skyscraper that will rise 1,247 feet high while measuring just 74 feet across.
Dubai is set to welcome a striking new addition to its skyline with the announcement of the Muraba Veil, a super-narrow skyscraper that will rise 1,247 feet high while measuring just 74 feet across - enough space for one or two apartments on each floor. Designed by the award-winning Spanish firm RCR Arquitectes, the 73-story tower will feature 131 luxury apartments, each offering between two and five bedrooms.
Strategically located next to a canal along Sheikh Zayed Road, the Muraba Veil will include a range of upscale amenities such as a spa, restaurant, gallery, padel court and private movie theatre. The apartments are designed around a traditional Arabian courtyard, harmonising indoor and outdoor spaces with greenery and shade.
Set to be completed by December 2028, the Muraba Veil marks the fifth collaboration between Muraba and RCR Arquitectes. Apartment prices start at AED 18 million.
