The project is set to be finalized by the second quarter of 2028, as stated by the Cabinet.
The former site of the National Party headquarters in Downtown Cairo is slated for redevelopment as a new hotel, following approval by the Egyptian Cabinet. The project will see the transformation of the space into a hotel, commercial, and administrative tower comprising 25 floors, alongside a residential tower featuring 446 housing units spread across 50 floors. The development will occupy an approximate 3.95-acre plot on Corniche Nile Street, adjacent to the Egyptian Museum.
The initiative, led by 'Nilos,' a hospitality and commercial services company, is anticipated to be finalized by the second quarter of 2028, as stated by the Cabinet.
