Abu Dhabi's Al-Fahid Island Hosts Its Inaugural Wellness Festival
Held from April 17th to the 21st, this event features speakers and workshops designed to foster spiritual growth.
Away from the hustle and bustle of Abu Dhabi, the Kayan Wellness Festival seeks to create a bubble of calm at its inaugural event, marking a significant milestone in Abu Dhabi’s journey toward becoming a global wellness destination. Taking place on the white sandy shores of Al Fahid Island from April 17th until the 21st, this five-day event features a program that is designed to nourish the mind, body, and soul.
Esteemed wellness experts and speakers from around the world will converge to share insights on various topics, such as adopting a chemical-free lifestyle, enhancing sleep quality, and cultivating gratitude. Beyond engaging talks, attendees will have the opportunity to partake in rejuvenating activities like yoga classes, sound healing sessions, ecstatic dance classes, and more. Additionally, with a dedicated program tailored for children, this festival nurtures spiritual development for the entire family, offering a holistic wellness experience.
The festival is presented by Burjeel Holdings, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, and LINKVIVA – and is broken into seven unique wellness “valleys,” or zones, that allow participants to dive into different aspects of spiritual development. Dedicated to environmental wellness as well as personal wellness, the event also features a Wellness Boutique where event-goers can purchase ethically-made, eco-friendly products.
Scheduled to take place on Al Fahid Island from April 17th to April 21st, the event’s early bird ticket sales are now open with single day-passes available starting at AED 444, while five-day passes are priced at AED 1,111. Access to the Alo Valley is exclusively included in the Full Package or can be separately purchased.
