Paar Muzik x Naila Debut Soulful Afro-house Groover ‘Wear Your Hands’
The rising Egyptian producer/duo crafts an energetic dance record evoking the light summer vibes of a beach party during sunset.
Rising Egyptian DJ/producer duo Paar Muzik debuts a soulful afro-house groover, ‘Wear Your Hands’, in collaboration with Egyptian singer Naila.
Mastered by Hadi Tarek, ‘Wear Your Hands’ meshes Naila’s wispy soul-stirring vocals and evocative lyrics into a hypnotic and groovy hook. Drawing inspiration from illustrious global electronic acts like Ameme, London Grammar and Maz, Paar integrates original synth textures with pulsating techno basslines, and elements from afrobeats and house, crafting an energetic dance record that evokes the light summer vibes of a beach party during sunset.
“Our goal with this inaugural release is to craft music that is both uplifting clubbing anthems and emotionally resonant,” Karim, one part of Paar Muzik, tells SceneNoise.
The song’s lyrical depth, courtesy of Naila, adds a compelling emotional dimension and more character to the song. Naila initially wrote the song as a form of celebration of her personal love story. “The track’s debut performance was actually at Naila’s wedding,” Karim shares.
