This Luxury Equinox Resort Will Be Suspended Above a Lagoon in NEOM
Equinox Hotels will soon open Equinox Resort Treyam in Magna, connected by a bridge that’s suspended 40 metres above a lagoon.
Luxury hospitality company Equinox Hotels has revealed plans to open Equinox Resort Treyam in NEOM in the near future. Equinox Resort Treyam will be one of the 12 new destinations in Magna, the newest region in the NEOM megaproject, which sits on the Gulf of Aqaba.
Nestled directly between the mountains and the sea, the hotel will feature a 450-metre bridge suspended 40 metres above a lagoon, which will connect guest rooms and suites, a club house, a spa and a signature Equinox Fitness Club. The design is intended to make it so that guests can fully engage with the extraordinary location.
In 2023, Equinox partnered with Red Sea Global to open another resort, Equinox Resort Amaala, in Saudi Arabia. This second opening demonstrates their commitment to the Kingdom among their projects, as they aim to open 30 hotels worldwide by 2033.
