Egyptian comedian Akram Hosni is set to take the stage in Saudi Arabia with his new play, ‘Alf Taita wa Taita’, at the Mohammed Al-Ali Theater as part of the Riyadh Season lineup. Running from November 21st to the 25th, the production will also star Bayoumi Fouad and Mirna Gameel.
‘Alf Taita wa Taita’ tells the humorous story of a young chef in love with the restaurant owner's daughter. To earn her hand in marriage, he must fulfill a series of eccentric conditions, including a stint at a retirement home for reformed criminals.
Hosni’s return to Riyadh follows his successful appearance in last year’s season with ‘Tutabaq Al Shurut wa Al Ahkam’, where he also starred with Bayoumi Fouad. In addition to his stage work, Hosni is preparing for a major TV comeback in Ramadan 2025 with a new series titled ‘The Captain’.
