The 10-year residency permit has become an incentive for long-term investment in the UAE.

Several property developers in Dubai are offering to pay for multiple 10-year Golden Visas for buyers who invest more than AED 2 million, which will also include up to three members of their family. Damac Properties, the largest private developer in Dubai, Samana Developers, and Blanco Thornton Properties Dubai are three such companies offering Golden Visas to investors.

Investors buying properties worth over AED 2 million or investing an equal amount into local businesses are eligible for the 10-year UAE residency programme, which has attracted a significant amount of high-net global investment.

The 10-year residency permit has become a large incentive for investors, given that the developer covers the costs and liaises with the government offices on behalf of the client, making the process much less time-consuming. The initiative also gives buyers a reason to stay in the Emirates and continue to invest long-term, aligning with the country’s economic goals.
