The Public Prosecution has ordered Ahmed Fattouh, known as "Fattouh," to be referred to the Criminal Court on charges of drug use - ‘hashish’ - and involuntary manslaughter.

The prosecution has brought Ahmed Fattouh, the Zamalek football player, before the criminal court to face charges related to drug possession for personal use and causing the accidental death of Ahmed El-Sayed while driving under the influence.

Investigations revealed that Fattouh drove his car at excessive speed on a coastal road on the North Coast and struck the victim while he was crossing, resulting in the victim's death. The forensic report confirmed the presence of hashish in the defendant's system.

Based on the forensic sample analysis report, Fattouh had used hashish, a finding corroborated by the investigation team's inquiries.
