An Egyptian Women’s Museum is Being Set Up at the NMEC
The National Council for Women looks to celebrate women’s achievements at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.

Dr. Maya Morsi, President of the National Council for Women, has announced the establishment of the Egyptian Women's Museum within the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat. The museum looks to celebrate women's contributions to Egyptian history and civilization through a collection of artefacts and memorabilia.
Additionally, the National Council for Women is setting up a venue at the Grand Egyptian Museum to sell products from their ‘Al-Masria’ exhibition, which supports women who have been trained through national development projects.
