Centenary of Umm Kulthum’s First Concert Honoured in New Exhibition

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation will hold an exhibition celebrating the life of the iconic singer on July 6th.

To celebrate the centenary of the first concert of Egyptian musical legend Umm Kulthum, the National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation will hold an exhibition celebrating the iconic singer’s life on July 6th.


The exhibition will encompass numerous activities including a gallery of photographs and scenes focused on the diva’s cinematic performances, and a showcase of the singer’s memorabilia, including paintings and models of her. There will also be live performances by a number of Egyptian artists.


The event will take place from 12 PM to 3 PM. An entrance ticket will be required.
