AI Assistant to Streamline 800 Government Services Across Abu Dhabi
Residents can report local issues via the app, ensuring swift resolution by authorities.
The latest version of Abu Dhabi’s government service app, TAMM 3.0, now includes a new AI-powered assistant, offering residents and businesses access to 800 government services on a single platform. The application allows users to manage a wide range of tasks, including reporting city-related issues and ensuring they are swiftly addressed by the authorities.
One of the key features of the app is the ability for residents to upload photos to report local concerns such as waste disposal and noise disturbances. Once the issue is resolved, a follow-up image is sent to the user to confirm that the case has been closed. This streamlined process enhances accountability and ensures quicker responses to community needs.
TAMM 3.0 provides access to a broad array of services, including driving and firearm licenses, vehicle registration, parking permits, Emirates ID renewals, and birth and death certificates. Other services include animal ownership, wedding hall bookings, social support, loans and utility bill payments. The app, which requires users to log in using their UAE Pass, serves approximately 2.5 million customers daily.
The new AI assistant offers personalized support with features such as a conversational interface, voice interaction and multiple payment methods. This technological advancement not only simplifies service delivery for individuals, businesses, and government entities, but it also reduces operational workloads by 97%, saves 100,000 work hours per month, and lowers carbon emissions by 55,000 tonnes annually.
