The Aswan Governorate has issued a new decision regarding the licensing of tuk-tuks. The decision stipulates that in line with the governorate’s new visual identity project, all tuk-tuks must be branded with specific graphics and follow strict colour guidelines.

The colour of the vehicle must now be completely white, with the top leather covering to be black, and the Aswan Governorate branding on all sides of the vehicle.

The licence will be issued at a cost of EGP 1,000 at the first issuance, and at EGP 500 thereafter.
