The date for the highly-anticipated ‘Ring of Fire’ heavyweight boxing event between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk has been announced, with the British and Ukrainian fighters going glove-to-glove on May 18th. The duel was originally scheduled for February 17th, but was postponed by three months due to a ‘freak cut’ sustained by Fury during a sparring session.

The Kingdom Arena will host the ‘Ring of Fire’ main event at 9 PM, following several undercard fights including Kovalev vs Safar and Ituama vs Mezencev. Along with many other entertainment firsts in Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom also continues to break its own records for the biggest events hosted by the country. Ring of Fire is set to be the biggest boxing event to take place in the country, taking the top spot from Battle of the Baddest, which also featured Fury as he took on Cameroonian-French martial artist and boxer Francis Ngannou.

With the event just 60 days away, tickets for Ring of Fire are now available on the WeBook website, starting at SAR 70.
