Universal Music Group, the world’s leading music company, will open its first Capitol Studios outside Hollywood.
Universal Music Group (UMG), the world’s leading music company, is teaming up with UAE-based music organisation DGMC to establish a ‘Music City’ in Dubai.
As part of this joint venture, UMG will inaugurate its first Capitol Studios outside Hollywood in the UAE. The recording studio will feature a Dolby Atmos-equipped mixing room and a rehearsal studioThe partnership will also include the launch of a new record label dedicated to local artists, along with the establishment of music education academies and venues for live performances.
The newly envisioned ‘Music City’ will serve as a central hub for local and global artists within the MENA region, aiming to support and nurture emerging talents and guide them towards global stardom.
