The free transportation will carry fans 45 KM east from Cairo to the new 92,000-seat stadium.

The Ministry of Transport has announced that free buses will be provided for fans to get from Cairo and Giza to Egypt Stadium in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) on Tuesday, March 26th, where Egypt will take on Croatia in the final of the Capital Cup, which has hosted the first official matches at the stadium.

The new stadium, which has a capacity of 92,000 seats, is located 45 kilometres east of Cairo, with this mini-tournament marking the official inauguration of the space as the Pharaohs’ new home ground. The free transportation service is aimed at encouraging more fans to visit the stadium for the last match of the tournament, after a lower-than-expected turnout at the tournament opener between Egypt and New Zealand on Friday. The Cairo Light Rail Transit (LRT) system will also run later on March 26th, closing at 2:30 AM instead of 12 AM.
