Saudi-based venture capital (VC) firm Nama Ventures has announced that chip-making giant Nvidia has acquired Brev.dev, an AI platform previously owned by Nama Ventures.

Nvidia is currently ranked as the world’s most valuable publicly traded company, with a market capitalisation of $2.52 trillion at time of writing. The company is the global leader in the manufacture of computer chips enabling the current AI boom.

Nvidia’s acquisition of one of Nama Ventures’ portfolio companies points to the VC fund’s vision in identifying and supporting groundbreaking tech, as AI continues to dominate the tech investment outlook globally. Likewise, the Brev.dev’s acquisition is also a testament to the AI platform’s innovative team and tech.

Founded by Nader Khalil and Alec Fong, Brev.dev leverages Nvidia’s GPUs to streamline AI model development on the cloud, delivering cost-efficient performance that developers need to create robust models for a variety of clients.
