The Egyptian government has allocated USD 300 billion toward infrastructure development over the past decade, according to Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, Hassan El Khatib.
At a recent roundtable discussion with key Egyptian and international officials, El Khatib emphasized the country's ambitious target of 6% to 7% economic growth. He also highlighted the vital role of public-private partnerships in making sustainable progress and attracting investments.
The discussions also tackled global financial challenges and the investment potential for foreign direct investment in sectors such as sustainable finance and clean energy.
